Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is $0 and covers 1 courier and up to 300 parcels a month, with full COD reconciliation, delivery rescue, in-app tracking and the impact dashboard. Upgrade when you need reports, return-risk screening or more couriers.
Is there a free trial on the paid plans?
Yes — Growth and Pro both include a 7-day free trial, and you can stay on the Free plan for as long as you like.
How am I billed?
Billing is handled by Shopify as part of your monthly Shopify invoice, in USD. The PKR figures on this page are approximate, for reference only.
What's the difference between the plans?
Free: 1 courier, 300 parcels/mo, core reconciliation. Growth ($11.99/mo): 3 couriers, 2,000 parcels/mo, plus reports, overcharge flags, the return-risk screen and auto-tagging. Pro ($19.99/mo): unlimited couriers and parcels, per-courier breakdown and priority support.
What happens if I go over my monthly parcel limit?
Parcelo keeps tracking every parcel, including statuses, tracking and order tags. Parcels over your plan's monthly limit are hidden from Finance, Reports, Delivery rescue and the Queue until you upgrade, and appear instantly when you do. Over-limit parcels are never auto-marked paid.
What happens to my couriers if I downgrade?
If your new plan allows fewer couriers than you have connected, your oldest courier keeps syncing and the extra accounts are paused. They resume automatically when you upgrade or remove a courier to free a slot.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move between Free, Growth and Pro anytime from inside the app; Shopify prorates paid changes on your next invoice.
