Selling cash on delivery in Pakistan? Then you know the pain: stuck parcels, piling returns, and courier payments that never add up. Meet Parcelo. It tracks every parcel and reconciles every rupee, right inside Shopify. Let's take a tour.
0:18Dashboard
The dashboard warns you when parcels need help, so you can act before they come back. You see COD in transit, today's actions, deliveries, and your return rate at a glance, plus shipments by status, your top delivery cities, daily trends, and a split for every courier.
0:42Parcels & delivery rescue
Parcels lists every shipment, with filters for status, courier, and stuck parcels. Failed attempts show the exact reason, and one tap messages the customer on WhatsApp to save the delivery. You can override any status by hand, or switch to in transit to see every parcel on the road.
1:04Tracking
Tracking finds any parcel by order or tracking number, with its full history.
1:10Finance
Finance shows COD collected, what the courier took, and what you received, and most importantly, what the courier still owes you. Every order is broken down to the rupee, and stays pending until it's paid. Settled orders show the date and CPR number, so reconciliation takes minutes, not hours.
1:34Reports
Reports cover any period and courier, with CSV export. Delivery issues are listed with city, reason, and a WhatsApp button. You get your return rate against last period, your true courier cost, and overcharge alerts, when a parcel costs more than similar ones to the same city.
1:57Customers
Customers are tracked by phone number with their return rate. Parcelo scores the risk, and you can mark anyone high risk or safe.
2:07Impact
Impact shows what Parcelo saved you: deliveries recovered, overcharges flagged, and parcels reconciled.
2:15Action queue
Want control? Actions like marking orders paid wait in the Queue for your approval.
2:23Settings
In Settings, pick your courier, paste your API token, and syncing starts. Then set your automation: mark orders paid on delivery, auto-tag risky orders, and flag stuck parcels.
2:37Your courier
Parcelo connects to PostEx, Rocket, and Trax by API. Using another courier, like Leopards or TCS? Import their CSV today. Add a CSV courier in Settings, then upload its sheet here. Or tap Request a courier, and we'll build the API integration for you.
